Thank you for shopping with Rhythm Style Dezigns. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be shipped, along with important details regarding processing timelines and delivery expectations.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed in the order they are received.
Processing times vary depending on the product type, customization needs, and current order volume.

  • Custom Items: Processing begins only after design approval (when applicable) and full payment.

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Typically ship within the listed timeframe on the product page.

Processing times are estimates and may be extended during holidays, peak seasons, or supplier delays.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipping times depend on the carrier selected and your location. Delivery estimates provided at checkout are not guaranteed and may vary.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number for real-time updates.

Rhythm Style Dezigns is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages

Any delivery issues must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.


4. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for submitting the correct shipping address.
If an order is shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout, Rhythm Style Dezigns is not liable for replacement or refund.

If you realize your address is incorrect, contact us immediately. If the order has not yet shipped, we will update it. Once shipped, changes cannot be made.


5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package shows as delivered but is missing, please check with:

  • Household members

  • Neighbors

  • Your local post office or delivery carrier

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered.

If your item arrives damaged, email us at rsd.rhythm@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

  • The damaged item

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

We will review the issue and determine the next steps.
