2. Product Information

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, colors, sizing details, and images.
Color variations may occur due to different screen settings, materials, and printing processes.

Custom products are created based on the exact details you provide. You are responsible for confirming all spellings, names, dates, colors, and design elements before submitting your order.

3. Order Processing & Turnaround

Processing times vary based on product type, design complexity, and current order volume. Estimated turnaround times will be listed in product descriptions or provided at checkout.

Turnaround times are estimates only and may be extended due to holidays, supply delays, or high-volume seasons.
Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of purchase. Orders will not be started until payment has cleared.
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and any additional payment methods shown at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times depend on your location and the carrier used. Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Rhythm Style Dezigns is not responsible for:

  • Delivery delays

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Carrier errors

Customers must contact the carrier directly for claims related to transit issues.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. No Returns / No Refunds – All Orders

All sales are final. Rhythm Style Dezigns does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any orders, including custom, ready-to-ship, or digital products.

If your order arrives damaged or an error was made on our part, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will review and determine the appropriate resolution.

7. Custom Mockups & Approvals

Mockups are provided when applicable. By approving a mockup, you confirm that all details are correct.
Once approved, production begins immediately, and changes cannot be made.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, product photos, templates, mockups, and branding materials associated with Rhythm Style Dezigns are our exclusive property.
You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or redistribute any content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Rhythm Style Dezigns is not liable for:

  • Incorrect information submitted by the customer

  • Color or size variations caused by screen or material differences

  • Production or shipping delays

  • Misuse of products

  • Allergic reactions or sensitivities

Use of our products is at your own risk.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy. Your personal information is used solely for order processing, fulfillment, and customer communication.
We do not sell or share your information except as necessary to complete your transaction.
